All purchases are final! If there are any issues with your order such as: received the wrong item, or any other issues, please contact me immediately. If a replacement order is needed, a picture of the damaged item(s) are REQUIRED for proof. If a photo cannot be provided, a replacement will not be possible.

REFUND POLICY: 

Please make sure you provide your correct mailing address. I ship via USPS. if your package is returned due to incorrect address. If I have to resend you will have to pay additional postage to mail out a second time. If I refund you it will be minus the shipping cost.

The Shipping Process Will Usually Take 2-3 Days To Get Your Order Prepared & After I Ship The Item You’ll Receive An Email With Your Tracking Number If It’s Not In Your Inbox Then Please Check Your Junk Mail Sometimes Your Email Will Filter Messages! After The Item Ships It Should Arrive In 4-5 Days 7 At The Most! KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDER WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER!! 

I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it.. PLEASE contact USPS and give them the tracking number that was provided. Due to the pandemic USPS may run a little slower than usual.
